RECOMMENDED USE: HEMO-RAGE ULTRA CONCENTRATE may be stronger than any pre-workout product you have ever tried. It may be way too strong for some individuals. For those who seek an experience unlike anything else we advise to proceed with caution. Start with only 1/2 serving (1/2 scoop) to assess tolerance. Once tolerance has been established mix up to 1 level scoop into 6-8 oz of cold water 30-45 minutes before working out. Use only one serving (1 level scoop) in a 24-hour period. Never take more than 1 level scoop under any circumstances.
