Hemo-Rage Black Ultra Concentrate may be stronger than any pre-workout product you have ever tried. It may be way too intense for some individuals. For those who dare and seek an experience unlike anything else we advise to proceed with extreme caution. Use only one serving (1 scoop) in a 24 hour period. Mix 1 scoop into 4-5 oz of cold water 30-45 minutes prior to working out. Do not take more than 1 scoop under any circumstances.
