Directions for NutraKey: Raspberry Ketones 90 capsules

Take 1 capsule (125mg) with water or your favorite beverage twice daily on an empty stomach. Take first dose in the morning & second dose one hour prior to workout or mid-day before lunch. To maximize results, drink at least 64oz of water daily. Take up to 3 capsules daily. Take minimum one month to maximize benefits.
