Directions for QNT: Riptek V2 135ct

As dietary supplement, take 1 serving (3 capsules) twice daily with water. Use one serving in the morning and one early evening. For optimal results: On training days use Riptek 30 minutes before excercise. Do not exceed 2 serving per day. Do not use within 5 hours of bedtime.
