Directions: Assess your tolerance by taking only one (1) capsule preferably in the morning. Maximum daily dosage is two (2) capsules within a 24 hour period and not to be taken together. It is high recommended to separate each one (1) capsule serving by a minimum of six (6) hours. It is also recommended not to take this product within six (6) hours of bedtime as doing so might disrupt normal sleep.

Do Not exceed 2 capsules daily. Store in a cool dry place away from moisture and sunlight.

Warning: Keep Out of Reach of Children. This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 21 years of age or older. Before using this product, seek advice from a physician. Avoid using this product if you have any pre-existing medical conditions including but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke; heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, seizure disorder, psychiatric disease, diabetes, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement or if you are taking a MAO-B inhibitor or any other medication or supplements. Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, or attempting to become pregnant; prone to dehydration or exposed to excessive heat. If you experience any adverse reactions, immediately discontinue use and consult your doctor or other health care professional.
