Directions: For adults only. Take 1 (one) capsule twice daily, preferably 1 (one) capsule early morning and 1 (one) capsule early afternoon, or as directed by your Primary Care Physician. Best to separate servings by 5-6 hours. Do not exceed more than 1 (one) capsule per serving, or more than 2 (two) capsules within a 24 hour period.

Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and heat. Store in a cool, dark, dry place.

Warning: This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 21 years of age or older. Before using this product, seek advice from your Primary Care Physician. Do not exceed recommended daily serving. Do not use this product if you are pregnant, nursing or trying to become pregnant. Do not use this product if you have and pre-existing medical conditions including but not limited to high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, seizure disorder, psychiatric disease, diabetes, difficult urinating due to prostate enlargement; or if you are taking a MOA-B inhibitor or any other medication. Do not use if you are prone to dehydration or exposed to excessive heat. If side effects occur, immediately discontinue use and consult a Health Care Professional. This product contains caffeine. Do not use if you are sensitive to caffeine. Individuals who consume additional caffeine with this product may experience serious adverse health effects, including but not limited to elevated heart beat, excessive sweating and nauseness. It is advised to consume adequate water and calories while using this product. This product should be used in conjunction with proper diet and exercise.
