Time and time again you see new products hitting the market as testosterone boosters. The concept makes sense. Testosterone is the natural anabolic hormone in the human body. Directions for PES: AnaBeta 120ct

On Training Days: Take 1 capsule 4 times daily. take 1 of the capsules 1 hour before training, with or without food, and 1 capsule with your post workout shake or meal. Take the remaining 2 capsules spread out through the day, with meals.

On NON-Training Days: Take 1 capsule four times daily with meals. Spread out doses throughtout the day.

DUE TO EXTREME POTENCY DO NOT EXCEED MORE THAN 6 CAPSULES IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD.

This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 21 years of age or older. It is designed for healthy adults interested in bodybuilding.
