As a dietary supplement, take take three capsules 30 minutes prior to training. It is recommended to stack Menace™ , with Hysteria™, Heliotropin™, Undisputed™, Devour™, and Helix BCAA™. As Individuals vary, so may results with this product. For the athlete to achieve maximum results, the diet must consist of Lean Protein, Complex Carbs (low glycemic), Healthy Fats, along with drinking 1 gallon of water a day.
