As a dietary supplement, for optimal results, take one capsule three times daily. One Capsule with breakfast, one capsule with lunch, one capsule with dinner. It is recommended to stack Devour™, with Hysteria™ and Undisputed™. For extreme gains you can take up to six capsules per day (two with each meal). For the athlete to achieve maximum results, the diet must consist of High Protein, High Caloric Intake(4,500+ per day) High Complex Carbs (low glycemic) along with drinking 1 gallon of water a day.
