Wheat Flour, Barley Flour, Sugar, Wheat Gluten, Metamyosyn HPP Protein Blend (Whey Protein Concentrate, Soy Protein Isolate, Milk Protein Isolate, Dried Egg White, L-Glut-amine), Leavening (Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Mono calcium Phosphate), Cornstarch, Partially Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Flax Seed, Natural And Artificial Flavor, Buttermilk Powder, Sodium Casein-ate, Mono And Di-Glycerides, Potassium Phosphate.
Directions:
Blend 2 scoops (57g)(makes about 3 pancakes) of pancake mix and 1/3 cup of water together using a wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix!
Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto prepared and preheated 300 degree (F) griddle.
Cook pancakes 1-1 1/2 per side or until golden brown, turning only once.
Store in dry cool place. Avoid excessive heat.
