Directions for GENETECH PHARMA LABS TESTPLEX 450: As a dietary supplement, begin taking 1 capsule a day for the first seven days. After the first week, 2 capsules a day may be used, then if user chooses, he may increase to the max dosage of 3 capsules per day. Never exceed more than 3 capsules per day for any reason. Under no circumstances should the initial dose be exceeded or be ignored. DO NOT USE PRODUCT FOR LONGER THAN 4 WEEKS FOLLOWED BY A SUBSEQUENT 4 WEEK BREAK.
