Directions for GENETECH PHARMA LABS METHYL-TREN 550: As a dietary supplement, the user wants to start with 2 caps per day for week 1. The doses are usually taken morning and late afternoon. Week 2 the user can start taking 3 caps per day in 7 to 8 hour intervals. For week 3 the user can take a max of 4 caps per day in even hourly intervals. NEVER TAKE MORE THAN 4 CAPS IN DAILY REGIMENT. Although this product has minimal adverse effects, we do recommend a PCT at end of the 4th week followed by a 4 week break.
