Initial (first serving) Directions: Take 1 softgel with a meal to assess your individual tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stope and consult your doctor.

Directions for Regular Use: Take 1-2 softgels 3 times per day with meals. for best results, CLAmore™ should be used in combination with other Controlled Labs™ products, at least 1 gallon of water per day and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
