Initial (first serving) Directions: Take 1 capsule 45 minutes before a meal to assess your individual tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.

Directions for Regular Use: Take 1 capsule 45 minutes prior to meals 1-3 times per day. For best results, RAZdiponectin™ should be used in combination with other Controlled Labs™ products, at least 64 ounces of water per day and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
