Directions for VPX: Friction 345 g Exotic Fruit

Do not use FRICTION with REDLINE, MELTDOWN or any other products and/or beverages that contain caffeine or other forms of stimulants. Start with 1/2 to 2/3 scoop to assess tolerance. Mix one (1) level scoop of FRICTION with 8 ounces of water or your favorite non-caffeinated beverage. Unlike other supplements in this category, FRICTION is very powerful and requires only one (1) scoop. Always consume at least 1/2 ounce of water for ever pound of body weight. Example: 160 pound person would drink 80 ounces of water per day.
