Description

Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate, Yellow 5, Yellow 6.
Directions:
As a dietary supplement take 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules 6-8 hours later with meal or snack. For best results, take one of the doses 30-60 minutes prior to workout.
