Take 1-2 capsules per day. Begin by taking one serving in the morning prior to a meal. After assessing tolerance, a second serving can be taken 3-4 hours later, prior to a meal. Do not exceed 3 capsules in a 24 hour period.

Made in a GMP facility on equipment that processes milk, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and wheat.
