As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule, 1-2 times daily.

Do not exceed recommended serving, as improper use of this product does not enhance results. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking antidepressant medications, blood thinners, or digoxin. Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, or headaches, in which case, discontinue use. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have an auto-immune disorder, a history of hormonal or gynecological disease including ovarian cancer, endometriosis, and/or uterine fibroids or cancer, other medical conditions (i.e. A live disorder) or develop liver-related symptoms (e.g. abdominal pain, jaundice, dark urine). Do not use if you currently have or previously had breast cancer and/or breast tumors or if you have a predisposition to breast cancer, as indicated by an abnormal mammogram and/or biopsy, or a family member with breast cancer. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen, if you experience breast pain, discomfort, and/or tenderness, or recurrence of uterine bleeding or spotting. Store in a cool, dry place.
