As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of AMINO-TONE™ with 12-16 oz of cold water. On training days consume during workout. On non-training days consume throughout the day for added recovery and metabolism support. Slight foaming may occur when mixed with very cold water. This is normal and will dissipate after a few minutes.
