As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop of MR HYDE™ with 8 oz. of cold water. Consume 15 to 30 minutes before exercise. Do not consume MR HYDE™ within 4 hours prior to bedtime. Do not take other products that contain caffeine or any other stimulants while taking MR HYDE™.
