Beta-Cret™

Recommended Adult Use: As a dietary supplement mix one serving 15 minutes before training in 6-8 ounces of water. Beta-Cret™ is effective when taking one serving, however two servings may be of particular value in establishing your tolerance (Torque Zone). Never take more than 3 servings during a single use or in a 24 hour period. Always maintain adequate hydration when using.

Recommended Adult Use: As a dietary supplement take 30 to 45 minutes prior to training with approximately 4-6 ounces of water. Con-Cret can be taken on an empty stomach or with food or mixed with protein. Normal Training: 1 serving per 100 pounds of body weight. Intense Training: 1-2 servings per 100 pounds of body weight. Off Days: Can take 1 serving per 100 pounds of body weight to assist in muscle recovery.

Recommended Adult Use: When using Gluta-Tren™ as a Pre/Intra/Post workout "supplement" mix one serving (one scoop) with 8 to 12 ounces of water and shake vigorously. Begin sipping approximately 15 minutes prior to training and continue use through the first 15 minutes of your training session. On training days a second dose may be consumed between meals, when establishing tolerance and torque zone. Never take more than 2 servings during a single use or in a 24 hour period.
