As a dietary supplement, adults mix 1/2 (5.1 g) to 1 (10.2 g) scoop with 8 to 14 ounces of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes before training. Due to its strength, it is highly recommended that you assess your individual tolerance and start out by using only 1/2 a scoop per day. Many individuals find that 1/2 a scoop of Super Freak is strong enough to deliver maximum results. Caution: Do not consume more than 1 serving (1 scoop) in any 24-hour period.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a renal/kidney disease, or if you suffer from a cardiovascular disease and are attempting an increase in physical activity, or if you are taking medication for diabetes, high blood pressure, seizures, cardiovascular diseases, erectile dysfunction, and/or blood thinners, or if you are of childbearing age. Consult a health care practitioner if your cardiovascular condition worsens. Do not use if you have had a heart attack/myocardial infarction. Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort. Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen) as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. One serving ( 1/2 scoop) of this product contains as much caffeine as about two 250ml cups of coffee. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome) and/or if you are following a low protein diet. Consumption with natural health products (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, or other drugs such as ephedrine) which increase blood pressure is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking lithium. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medication, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate) is not recommended. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Hypersensitivity is known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Do not exceed recommended serving as improper use doe not enhance results. Do not use if the inner safety seal on this package has been broken.
