Buckwheat Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Whey Protein Isolate (Whey Protein, Soy Lecithin), Wheat Gluten, Whole Buckwheat Flour, Sweet Cream Buttermilk, Natural Flavors, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sea Salt, Monk Fruit Extract.

Heat griddle or pan to medium heat, or 350 F. Whisk together 2/3 cup P28 High Protein Pancake Mix with 2/3cup water (use slightly less water for thicker style pancakes). Add 2 teaspoons oil, if desired. Using a 1/2 measuring cup, scoop the batter onto the hot griddle. Flip your pancakes once edges begin to appear dry and bottoms are golden brown. Enjoy!
