Directions for NutraKey: BCAA Unflavored 400g

On training days, mix 1 scoop with your favorite beverage. For best results, consume 1 serving 60 minutes prior to exercise & 1 serving immediately after exercise but at least 3 hours after the first serving. Non Training Days: Take 1 scoop with first meal of the day, take second serving with a meal at least 6 hours later.
