Take 1 scoop with 8-12 oz (235-355ml ) of cold water 30 minutes prior to training , preferably on an empty stomach. To assess stimulant tolerance, start with one serving. Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24 hour time period.




Made in a plant that also processes egg, milk, soy, peanut, tree nut, and wheat products.




This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age or older.
