Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules with 8oz of water 30 minutes prior to consuming food. Take another 1-2 capsules approximately 6 hours later. Caution: individuals sensitive to stimulants should start by taking 1 capsule to assess their tolerance. For best results use ThermalCore for 8-12 weeks in conjunction with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise program.
