Ingredients:

Directions:
Take one serving (3 capsules) with an 8 oz. glass of water twice daily.
MORNING: Take three(3) capsules with 8 ounces of water 30-45 mins before breakfast.
AFTERNOON: Take three (3) capsules with 8 ounces of water 30-45 mins before lunch. Drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water per day while on Shred Matrix.
Shred Matrix should not be taken within 6 hours before bedtime.
