Micellar Casein, Natural & Artificial Flavor (Vanilla), Maltodextrin, Xanthan Gum, Sucralose and Acesulfame Potassium.

Mix 1 scoop with 6-8 fl oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage using a shaker cup or blender.

Contains Milk. Calcium and sodium are naturally occurring in Casein.

Drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water per day while using this product.
