Consistent intake of MET-Rx® 100%* Ultramyosyn Whey, combined with an intense weight-training program, can support optimal muscle growth and peak conditioning.

Directions for Met-Rx: Ultramyosyn 100% Whey 5 lb Choc
For adults, take one (1) scoop (30g), one to two times daily. Serious athletes should consume 1-2 scoops twice4 per day for maximum muscle support, with at least 1-2 scoops taken immediately after exercise.
