Directions for Met-Rx: Nitro Pump 180ct

Adults, take one serving (3 tablets) 45 minutes before exercise and another serving immediately after exercise. Do not exceed nine (9) tablets in a 24-hour period. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
