Directions for MET-Rx: Ext Thermo Rush Grape 12 ct

FOR ADULT USE ONLY: Drink one (1) bottle per workout session as follows: 1/2 bottle before and the balance during the course of your workout. Do not exceed one (1) bottle per workout session and/or more often than every four hours. Limit use to no more than two (2) bottles in a 24-hour period. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Increasing frequency of intake will not improve results and may cause adverse reaction. Do no combine this product with products containing ephedrine alkaloids. This product contains synephrine and caffeine. Do not consume additional sources of synephrine or caffeine, which may intensify adverse effects. Use of this product may make skin sensitive to sunlight and UV light, which could result in sunburn or skin rash after several days of use. Limit use to six weeks with a break of one week. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery.
