Directions for Met-Rx: Amped Up Energy 90ct

Directions: For adults, take one to three (1 to 3) softgels 30-60 minutes before your workout. Limit use to no more than 6 softgels in a 24-hour period. Individuals sensitive to caffeine should begin with 1-2 softgels to assess individual tolerance.
