Directions for Lecheek: Oxy ECA Black 45 ct

Take one capsule on an empty stomach first thing upon wakening and one capsule in the afternoon. Do not consume more than 3 capsules within a 24 hour period.

This product is only intended to be consume by healthy adults 18 years of age or older.
