Pre-workout: Mix 1 scoop (5g) of Glutamine with your pre-workout drink of choice (water, Hemavol™, 100% Whey Protean™, or MaxOut™) and consume 20-30 minutes before your workout. Post-workout: Mix 1 scoop (5g) of Glutamine with your drink of choice.
