Adults and children 12 years of age and over: Oral dosage is one tablet not more often than every 3-4 hours. The recommended dose of this product contains as much caffeine as two cups of coffee. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods, or beverages while taking this product.

Consult your physician before taking this or any dietary supplement. If you are pregnant or nursing, or if you have heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, depression or other psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, prostate enlargement or seizure disorder, consult a health care provider before using this product. Do not use if you are using monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI) or for 2 weeks after stopping a MAOI drug, certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, drugs for Parkinsons disease, methyldopa, or any product containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine or phenylpropanolamine (ingredients found in allergy, asthma, cough/cold and weight control products). Stop use and call a health care professional immediately if dizziness, severe headache, rapid and/or irregular heart beat, chest pain, shortness of breath, nausea, tremor, nervousness, loss of appetite, sleeplessness, noticeable changes in behavior or loss of consciousness occur.
