Description
Omega3 by Force Factor provides essential fatty acids (EFAs) that research links to a healthy heart and body. Since EFAs are not productd in the body and are used in a wide variety of life processes, they must be found elsewhere. Each softgel provides the EFAs Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoice Acid (DHA) to keep both mind and body functioning at peak efficiency. Current studies suggest that adequate EPA/DHA levels can aid energy levels, blood oxygenation, tissue development, and strengthening of the immune system. Adequate essential fatty acid levels are an important component of a healthy lifestyle.

As a dietary supplement, take one (1) softgel three (3) times a day. For best results, eat with a meal.
