Directions for Finaflex: Crea-Trona Unflavored 60 g

As a dietary supplement take 2 capsules 1-3 times daily. On training days consume 2-6 capsules with water or juice prior to exercise. On non-training days consume 1-3 capsules in the morning and later consume 1-3 capsules in the evening. For optimal results use Crea-Trona® for 6-12 weeks to maximize effectiveness as a dietary supplement. For extreme results take 4 capsules 1-3 times daily.
