Mix 2 scoops of Cell Shock with 8-16 ounces of water. Consume Cell Shock for 30 days consecutively to maximize growth. On training days, drink 1 serving of Cell Shock immediately following the training session to ensure proper nutrient delivery and muscle recovery.
