Directions for EAS: Phos Force 1.45lb Orange

Take 1 serving 30-60 minutes prior to workout. If desired, up to 2 servings can be taken per day. Mix 2 scoops with 8 fl. oz. of cold water. Do not exceed 2 servings per day.
Manufactured on dairy equipment.
Do not use if under the age of 18. It's possible that you may experience a tingling sensation after taking this product due to the beta-alanine. Each serving has 100mg of caffeine, similar to the amount in a cup of coffee. Consult a physician prior to use if you are pregnant, contemplating pregnancy, nursing or have any medical conditions.
