For a 24 oz. smoothie. Start with a cupful of ice in the blender jar. Add 3-4 fluid ounces of Fruit First Smoothie Mix, 6 ounces of water, a scoop of smoothie protein, and a boost if desired. Blend approximately 10 seconds to desired consistency.
