Initital (first serving) Directions: Start by taking 1 tablet to assess your individual tolerance. This assessment dose should be followed for both the AM and the PM doses on your first day. If you experience high blood pressure, dizziness, or any other unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.

Directions for Regular Use: Take 2 AM (Red) tablets 30 minutes before breakfast. Then take 2 PM (Black) tablets 30 minutes before bed or dinner with at least 12 ounces of water. Take this product every day, including nonworkout days. Consume at least 1 gallon of water per day.

AM and PM: Manufactured on equipment which processes products containing milk, egg, wheat, soybeans, shellfish, fish oil, tree nuts and peanuts.
