Greens Formula

Initial (First Serving) Instructions: Start by taking 1/2 scoop mixed in 2-3 ounces of cold water to assess your individual tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.

Directions for Usage: Take 1-2 scoops with breakfast or spread throughout the day. Mix 1-2 scoops with 3-6 ounces of cold water. consume at least 1 gallone of water per day.

Fish Oil

Initial (First Serving) Instructions: Start by taking 1 Softgel to assess your individual tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.

Directions for Usage: Take 2 Sftgels once or twice per day with meals. Consume with at least 6 ounces of water. Take this product daily for overall health. consume at least 1 gallon of water per day.
