Initial (first serving) Directions: To assess your individual tolerance, combine 1/2 scoop of Green MAGnitued™ with 3-4 oz. of water and consume it before or after your workout. Shake well before drinking. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.

Directions for Regular Use: Combine 1 scoop of Green MAGnitude™ with 6-8 oz. of water for a sweet/tart taste or 12-20 oz of water for a more milk taste.
