As a dietary supplement, mix one serving (one rounded scoop) 10-15 minutes before training with 6-8 ounces of water. BETA-CRET™ is effective when using a single (1) serving however, two scoops (2) may be a particular value in establishing one's "Torque Zone." Assess tolerance level when increasing doses, never take more than three (3) servings during a single use.
