Suggested Use: (3 Capsules) 30 minutes before training begins. On off-days, take 1 serving (3 Capsules) with your first meal. Experienced users may take up to 2 servings (6 Capsules) per day. Do not exceed 6 capsules in a 24 hour period. P6® Black should not be consumed for more than 30 days without discontinuing use for a minimum of 2 to 4 weeks between cycles. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery.
