Directions for Cellucor: D4 Thermal Shock 60 ct

As a dietary supplement, take up to 8 weeks before discontinuing for a minimum of 4 weeks. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration. Make sure you allow at least 6 hours between servings. Morning: Take 1 capsule. Mid-Afternoon: Take 1 capsule. For those with exceptionally high tolerances to stimulants, you may take up to two capsules at a time or 4 capsules in a day. Athlete Disclosure: Due to the unique restrictions of amateur and professional sports organizations (WADA, NCAA, NFL, MLB, NBA, UIL, etc.) it is recommended that you consult with the appropriate governing body before taking this or any other dietary supplement.
