Always begin with 1 scoop or less mixed with water and assess your tolerance. Do not exceed more than three scoops per day, consumed several hours apart, or consume caffeine or stimulants from other sources. Do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not use for more than 6 months without at least 2 weeks off cycle every 8 weeks.
