BSN Beta-Alanine has an incredible 3.6g beta-alanine blend per serving, featuring a unique blend of CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine and Beta-Alanine HCl that is exclusive to BSN. To provide maximum versatility, BSN Beta-Alanine is unflavored for stacking, so you can fuel your post-workout regimen or add it to your favorite pre-workout or intra-workout shake for amplified performance.
Ingredients:
Calcium Silicate, Silicon Dioxide.
Directions:
Mix about 1 teaspoon (4 g) with 6-8 fluid ounces of cold water or your favorite beverage.
