Directions for BPI: Keto XT 90 ct

Take 1 serving (3 capsules) daily. For optimal fat loss results take 2 servings (6 capsules) daily. For added convenience, you may split the dose between meals by taking 1-2 capsules with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
