Ingredients:
Legume based starch derived from pisum sativum (peas).
Directions:
PRIMOCARB™ Unflavored readily mixes with water or any sports drink or beverage. Always mix with at least 8 oz of liquid for best results.
As a dietary supplement, use 1-2 scoops before or during workout or competition.
To restore glycogen levels, use 1-2 scoops post-workout or after competition.
